Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by Infinity Information Technology Solutions LLC (“Infinity”, “we”, “us”), Ghala, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. We decide how the personal data described here is used. You can reach us at infinity@infyits.com or through WhatsApp.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Enquiry form: your name and email address (required), and, if you add them, your phone number, your company (on the home and contact pages) and your message.
• Product interest: forms on product pages also carry a short label naming the page you sent it from (for example, HRMS & Payroll), so your enquiry reaches the right person.
• Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us, with the contact details they come from.

This website has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising or social-media trackers, and it does not build profiles of visitors.

How the enquiry form works

When you press Send Request, the details you typed are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which forwards them by email to our inbox at infinity@infyits.com. Web3Forms handles the submission under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
• To arrange and give product demonstrations you ask for.
• To prepare a proposal or quote when you ask for one.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you as part of our normal business records.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.

Legal basis and consent

We handle personal data in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law, issued by Royal Decree No. 6/2022, and its executive regulation. We process the details you send us on the basis of your consent, which you give by contacting us, and to take the steps you ask for before any contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect what we did before.

Third-party services this website uses

• Google Fonts. Our pages load the Sora and Inter fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver them, your browser sends Google your IP address and standard browser information. Google handles this under the Google Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button and links open WhatsApp in a new tab with a prefilled message. Nothing is sent until you send it. Messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we receive them on our business number.
• Your email and phone apps. Email and phone links, and the form in its current mode, open apps on your own device. Your email provider handles the message you send.
• Hosting. Our pages are served by a hosting provider whose servers may automatically record technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These server logs are kept by the hosting provider to run and secure the service. We do not use them for marketing.
• Links to other websites. Some pages link to official sources such as the Oman Tax Authority and Peppol. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers may process data outside Oman.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use local storage or similar technologies to store information on your device. That is why there is no cookie banner. Sites you open from our pages, such as WhatsApp, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the services named above, as far as they need it to deliver your message, or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business records, then delete them.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiries to the people who need them to reply, and we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data;
• stop processing it, or withdraw the consent you gave.

Email infinity@infyits.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the competent authority in Oman.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the way the website handles personal data changes, for example if we switch the enquiry form to direct sending. The date at the top shows the latest version.
